Man Brutalized for overtaking presidential convoy.

Man arrested for overtaking Ugandan's vice president's convoy. 

Few weeks after two female politicians were tortured, stripped naked and brutalized  by police officers in Uganda, another man has been dehumanised because he had the temerity to overtake the convoy of that country's Vice President, Edward Ssekandi.

A Facebook user, Basudde Sam, has alleged that a man was treated harshly after he allegedly overtook the convoy of Uganda’s Vice President, Edward Ssekandi.

This is what he wrote:

"This is what happens when u think you are above the law. The Kamuswaga being arrested for overtaking the Vice President's Convoy."
